Tuna salad with dill

Serves: 2-3

  • 1 can of wild white Albacore tuna (5 oz)
  • 2 tbsp. red onion
  • 1-2 springs of fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Drain tuna.
  2. Add tuna, avocado, red onion, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, dill and olive oil into a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add salt and pepper taste.
  4. Serve on a salad or in a sandwich with whole wheat or gluten free bread.
