I know this to be true because that’s what I do every day and, friend, I’m busy too.

I remember what it's like to think about food all day, to obsess over that cookie from last Tuesday, and to question if it's even worth it. I've been there, but I'm not there anymore. You really can eat sans guilt, restraint, and self-loathing. There is another way, and I want to share it with you.

A little bit about me...

I thought I knew what healthy was I followed the healthy food trends. I picked working out over sleep. And, for God sakes, I worked in the health care industry for nearly a decade.

So yea, I thought I knew what “healthy” was. But on my own health journey, I realized I was wrong. I didn’t know what “healthy” was it was, and I definitely didn’t know how it felt.

Like you, I was sold the lie that healthy living is about numbers – number of work outs, numbers on the scale, and number of calories in a meal. But it’s not. Healthy living is about taking care of your unique body and mind.

And that realization, well, it changed my life. Knowing that finally gave me the permission I needed to stop following food and exercise trends and  start listening to my body. 

Now, look, it wasn’t easy at first, but I found a healthy rhythm that fit effortlessly into my life. I’m proud to say that I am no longer a gym rat today. And that I don’t follow a diet full of “don’ts”. Instead, I just live my life and eat food I like – without the negative self-talk or feeling like I am a bad person because I picked the fries instead of a side salad with no cheese, no bread, and no dressing.   

This freedom – this self-compassion – it’s why I started my business. I want to help you ditch the diets. I want to help you gain control over your food choices. And I definitely want to help you drop the self-sabotage.

Because I want you to become the best version of yourself. Because I know the difference eating food that serves you make. Because I have seen how taking care of yourself changes your outlook and your output. Because I truly believe it can shift worlds and move your closer to your big vision.

That's why I work with people who are ready to make a serious life change. Because I have the tools they need gain control over their choice, drop the self-loathing, and actually enjoy eating. And I want to share them. So, if that sounds good to you, let’s talk.

  • I lived on the east coast for nine years before moving back to my hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana.
  • I have a Master’s of Science from Tufts University School of Medicine and a Bachelor’s of Arts from Indiana University.
  • I am a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
  • I have a podcast called The Full Plate, and it's one of my fav things I'm doing right now.
  • I hate running; so, I ditched it for yoga, walking, and weights.
  • I have a really cute dog. My fiancé isn’t so bad either.
  • I hate when healthy food is bad, boring, and bland.
  • I truly believe everyone deserves to be healthy and happy. And that includes you.
