Be Well Family Care: Cooking for Stress and Hormones

Erica Ballard and Be Well's Swathi Roe will show you how to cook meals to improve your health - hormones and all. In this interactive cooking class, we will share a hormone-healthy recipe and explore ways to help decrease stress and find a healthy weight through functional medical approaches.

Using a group setting, we will learn from each other and support one another as we share our struggles and successes. Classes are open to the public and $60 for non-patients.
