Hi, I'm Erica...

I thought I knew what “healthy” meant. I exercised 6 times a week. I followed the healthy food trends. And I had been working in the health care industry for nearly a decade.

So yea, I thought I knew what “healthy” was. And, honestly, I thought I was living it. But on my journey to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I realized I was wrong.

Healthy living isn’t about numbers – number of work outs, numbers on the scale or number of calories per meal. Healthy living means doing the things your body needs to thrive.

That realization changed my life. I stopped following food and exercise trends and started to listen to my body. It wasn’t easy at first, but I eventually found a healthy rhythm that fit effortlessly into my life.

Today, I am no longer a gym rat. And I definitely don’t follow a diet full of “don’ts”. Now, I just live my life and eat foods that make me feel good.

Some more about me…

I lived on the east coast for nine years before moving back to my hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana. I have a Master’s of Science from Tufts University School of Medicine and a Bachelor’s of Arts from Indiana University. I am a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

I hate running; so, I ditched it for yoga, walking, and weights.

I can’t imagine life without Max. He’s literally one the cutest pups you’ll ever lay your eyes on (yes, I’m biased).

I love food and don’t want anyone to settle for boring, bland or bad food.
