Let's face it. Getting healthy can seem overwhelming impossible even.

Do I eat paleo? How many times a week do I have to go the gym? Do I really have to meditate? Look. I get it. It can seem like a lot.

But the truth is, living healthy is easier than the media, the internet, and the world make it out to be.

Seriously. You don't have to cut carbs completely. You don't have to go to the gym every day. And, really, you don't have to meditate for hours on end.

Being healthy is about eatings foods and implementing habits that work for your unique body and life.

Your challenge is figuring out what those things are. It's the only way health becomes effortless and you actually start liking the cooking, the working out, and all the other things "healthy people" do.

Trust me, it's possible. You can do this. You really can.

I know it because I did it. When I finally figured out how to listen to my body, my life changed. In fact, I upleveled my life in less than a year.

So, what happens if you don't take action?

Will you be okay living this life one year from now? What about five? You wouldn't be reading this if that was the case. You know you deserve to be healthy and happy. And, lady friend, you can be.  You can get healthy. You can get happy. You can do this.

It's time to start living your best life.

Your time is now.

The Healthiest, Happiest You Program

he Healthiest You program helps busy people – just like you  find foods and implement habits that that work for their bodies and lives. So, if you’re ready to be your healthiest and happiest you, let's work together.

"The thing I like best about working with Erica is how I feel after our sessions: lighter, both emotionally and physically, and excited about taking on new goals for the week ahead.  She has a way of challenging me without shaming me, making me laugh while still taking my concerns seriously, and figuring out how to work with my (perfectionist and a little bit glass-half-empty) personality instead of trying to change it.  I’m learning how to eat and exercise in ways that are actually sustainable and make me feel good about my body — not to mention a bunch of new healthy snack recipes — and I have Erica to thank for that". — Jess B.
