04: How to Use Plants to Improve Digestion with Greg Monzel and Colleen Donahoe
Friend - You are in for a fascinating treat. On this episode of The Full Plate, we’re diving into one of my newest obsession: digestive bitters. Digestive bitters are a game changer for most, and my friends and plant medicine experts Greg Monzel and Colleen Donahoe explain why. For those who don't know these two yet, Greg is an herbalist and Colleen is a certified yoga instructor, and together they have created Wild Persimmon School of Wellness.
