Matcha Recipe: 

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk (sub coconut, macadamia nut, etc.)

  • 1 rounded tsp Premium, ceremonial grade Matcha powder (My favorite brands are Matcha Love, Wumi, and Lucid)

  • 4-6 drops liquid stevia (I use sweet leaf) or 1/2 tsp raw honey

  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan or sea salt

  • 1 heaping tsp coconut oil or cocoa butter

  1. Heat milk until it begins to steam (do not boil)

  2. Transfer warm milk to blender - Add remaining ingredients

  3. Blend until well combined and frothy

  4. Enjoy!

Moroccan Flavor Profile

  • Ground Cinnamon

  • Ground Nutmeg

  • Smoked Paprika

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Pink salt
