Morning berry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 cup berries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil, unrefined
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • Handful of greens
  • 2-3 sprigs of mint (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all items in your blender (or food processor) and blend on high until smooth (appx. 30 seconds).
  2. Add additional nut milk as needed. Top with coconut flakes. Serve.
